Can from Appellation Wines. 6.0% abv. Pours clear golden amber with a thick white head. Aromas of light toffee and some floral notes. Taste is more of the same. Surprisingly sweet with the caramel notes. Would prefer it drier.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Some orange chinks. Nose - brown bread, toffee. Taste - brown bread, caramel going into toffee. Palate - light to medium bodied, a little sweet in the middle but dry enough in the finish. Overall - very drinkable.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and clear. Snow white proportionate head. Nose - lemon and caramel. Taste - more caramel, then light grassy note and lemon again. Palate - creamy body, a bit sweet in the middle and then the bitterness kicks in at the very end. Overall - decent.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden amber with a big fluffy white head. Nose - citrus, light caramel and something green though not sure you could tell it was elderflower. Taste - candied lemon and definitely elderflower this time. Again, light caramel, or possibly even toffee as a backdrop. Palate -light bodied, creamy texture, bittersweet middle to finish. Overall - good, though I'd remove the caramel note if possible.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Little bit lively. Pours opaque dark brown with a solid beige head. Aromas of chai spice and chocolate. Taste has cinnamon and nutmeg. Light coffee and tannins. Bitter finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear dark gold at first, then I popped the yeast in from the bottle for a trad hefe vibe. persistent white head. Aromas of banana, toffee, light coconut, lemon. Taste combines these with a light spice note. Not too boozy. Pretty drinkable in fact.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy deep golden body with a thin head that fades. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of banana bread, rust and caramel. Flavour of banana, fig roll and brown sugar. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Big flavour and easy to drink for the ABV. Very nice.
