Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - deep amber, edge of red. Close to snow white head. Nose - stewed apple. Brown bread. Taste - more apple and sweet brown bread. Palate - close to medium bodied. Creamy/tangy middle. Dry, tangy finish. Overall - decent example of the style.
