20/9/2019. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City. Pours clear deep golden amber with a good sized off-white head. Aroma of resin, toffee, hops, fruit, sweet malt, pine, biscuit and straw. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, above average carbonation. This brewery does some very good beers.

2/10/2018. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City, Philippines. Pours opaque black with a foamy dark tan coloured head and a full on roasted aroma during the pour with chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruit, deep roast coffee, toffee, hops, nuts and hint of liquorice. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy roasted bitterness. Medium body, slick texture, and a bit above average carbonation. Edge of rum and woody notes develops. My 65th Philippine beer and definitely the best so far, would have been even better if it had a little less carbonation.

24/9/2018. Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City. Pours clear bright pale amber with the slightest pink edge and a small short lasting off-white head. Aroma of vanilla, caramel and crème brûlée, with an edge of peaches and ice cream. Medium sweetness, very light bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Nicely done. I am liking this breweries beers.

16/4/2018. Bottle from BEEReaucracy Bar, Davao City, Philippines. Pours slightly hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of wheat, sweet malt, citrus, banana, light vanilla, very slightly nutty and lightly herbal. Medium plus sweetness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. At 8% this is stronger than most German Hefeweizen and really worked.

9/4/2018. Bottle from BEEReaucracy Bar, Davao City, Philippines. Pours hazy dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, brown sugar, hops, hint of chocolate, prunes, toffee, figs and rich fruit cake with touch of alcohol. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, slight oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Very slight sour edge in the finish. Very good and best Philippine beer I've tried so far.

Bottle from BEEReaucracy, Davao City, Philippines. Pours almost clear dark gold to amber with a short lasting frothy off-white head. Nice aroma of sweet caramel, biscuit, malt, yeast, sherry, fruit and grass with light veg and herb. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation and very foamy mouthfeel. Decent and would have scored higher had it not been spoiled somewhat by just how gassy it was.
