Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a very fizzy yet quickly diminishing white head. Nose is slightly fruity - nothing much of anything. Medium body, some initial fruity sweetness and a much too agressive carbonation. There's some fermentation flaws adding some rather unpleasant phenols, most likely from a much too high fermentation temperature. Really needs some work. 050819

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a rich, dense, beige head with good retention. Slow gusher. Vague citrus in the nose atop some licorice roast. Medium body, sweet roast, again very thick licorice notes. Hardly any bitterness. Pretty straight, but you can always discuss if it isn't more of a Porter since the roast is prominent and the hops aren't are. 040819

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque dark brown with a creamy, beige head. Vague, sweet roast aroma. Rich, sweet, malty body, vaguely roasty, some phenols from fermentation, perhaps a somewhat stressed yeast. Drinkable as such, but has a distinct home brew touch. 140319

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy, light-brown head with good retention. Sweet, roasted malt in the nose - subtle coffee hint. Medium body, very smooth on the palate, roasted, vague coffee and a discreet sweet touc. All very balanced. Dryish finish without much hop presence. 140319

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a smallish, off-white head. Vague, caramellish nose. Medium body, sweet malty, slightly nutty, vague roasted touch that is a bit annoying, also a discreet phenollic bite from the fermentation. Hardly any hoppiness at all. Absolutelt drinkable but honestly kinda dull. 140319

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a fizzy, dissipating head. Sweet, malty nose. Subtle yeast in the nose paired with clean malts and flowery hops. Medium body, very malty sweet with pleasant hop aromas but hardly any bitterness. Feels stronger than 3.9%. Clearly to the sweet side, but actually a very pleasant and drinkable Lager that I would enjoy with my meal. 140319

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a murky, grayish amber with a fizzy, dissipating, off-white head. Nose is sort of sweet, fruity with a caramel touch. Medium body, rather fizzy palate. A dry fruitiness, well attenuated, rather hoppy finish – actually surprisingly hoppy. It has a somewhat simplistic homebrew character, but it’s nicely drinkable. 080319

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque deep golden, with a small, white head. Vague fruity aroma with a phenollic hint. Medium body, fruity sweet, with the phenols becoming a little mote prominent. Probably suffering a little under a too high fermentation temperature. 110319

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, deep amber with an off-white head. Fruity nose with gentle phenols. Medium body, neat carbonation, fruity, slightly caramellish but neatly attenuated so never sweet. Ends dry with a hint of bittering hops. Decently crafted. 110319

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a murky opaque brownish with a tiny, dissipating, off-white head. Vague aroma of roast and a permumy touch from the coriander. Light-bodied, a little watery with a very downplayed carbonation. Touch of licorice, a tad of tartness and a dry finish. Very subdued hops. A very small beer indeed, but perfectly drinkable. 110319
