Bottle 33 cl. Pours a nutty brown with a very lively, lacing beige head. Sweet burned caramel in the nose. Medium body, excessive carbonation the kind that fills your mouth with foam. Caramellish yes, but also a seemingly not very clean fermentation that leaves some phenollic esters that make the beer unclean and far from crisp. Hardly any bitterness. But damm that carbonation is annoying. 110819

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a very lively, frothy white head. Massive, perfumy coriander in the nise. Light body, excessive carbonation, a slight fruity sweetness but also in the flavor it's dominated by very perfumy coriander. Acidic? Well, very slightly and the salt I don't really get. But it's kinda refreshing and very, very light. But perhaps tune down the coriander a little bit.... 110819
