33 cl bottle at Panam, Alcalá de Henares. A thick bright white head on top of a cloudy amber pour. Aroma is very subtle, you almost need a hound's nose to pick it up: orange blossom, tea leaves, pie dough. Light and quite featureless: just a tinge of bitterness in the surprisingly long-lasting finish.
