Bottle 0,33l from the brewpub. Dark red/brown colored beer. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, some roasted sour tones. Pronounced sourness in flavor, tones of dark chocolate, roasted, burnt malt on background. Full bodied, smooth, refreshing and very tasty.

Bottle 0,33l from the brewpub. Cloudy, amber colored beer. Aroma of malts, yeast, fruits, apples and wooden barrel. Flavor is a bit sweet, silky, full, tones of malts, fruits, apples and wooden barrel again, not bitter. Well balanced, refined taste.

Bottle 0,33l from the brewpub. Slightly cloudy, golden colored beer. Malty aroma, a bit sweet flavor, smooth, malty, slightly bitter, medium bodied. I can’t recognize any hint of honey in aroma or flavor.

Bottle 0,5l. Cloudy, red/pink colored beer. An unusual beer, both- aroma and flavor- are like red wine much more than beer. Aroma is little sour, with tones of flowers and fruits (grapes, strawberries, cranberries), some maltiness and grains on background. Flavor is smooth, dry, quite sour, with nice aromatic tones of flowers and fruits, and beer tones- malt, grains, yeast, slightly bitter. Grainy and moderately bitter aftertaste.
