Pours as a pale yellow with a small, short-lived head. Aroma and taste feature green apples, fruits, and a hint of funk, leading to a dry finish with a touch of sweetness and light citrus notes. The flavor is characterized by soft apple and fruitiness, creating a pleasant, vinous-like experience.
