Bottle [from Euro secret Santa, thanks to Sebilinz!] @ home. Clear yellow golden color, full sized white head. Smell and taste malts, hayish, moderately bitter. Quite fresh, quite tasty. Decent body and suitable carbonation. Nice beer.

Das Bier hieß bis 2018 "Schremser Naturpark Bier" und ist ein biologisch aus Waldviertler Gerste und Mühlviertler Hopfen gebrautes Bio-Zwickel. Es wird inzwischen auch mit 0,5l-Pfandflaschen ausgeliefert und aus diesen bekommt man auch eine schöne Schaumkrone. Anfangs hat es mir ein bisschen zu viel Kohlensäure, aber wenn es eine Minute steht, wird es unglaublich süffig. Ein harmonisches, angenehmes Bier, das man mit guten Gewissen trinken kann.

Pours very hazy amber, topped with a larger and medium lasting head, offwhite in colour. Gentle nose, caramel and biscuity malt, in the back some honey, flowers. Mildly sweet start, nice bitterness, though a bit sharp in herbal character. Lasting aftertaste. A bit herbal-metallic finish and lighter body. Not unpleasant, but nothing to be remembered for.

Das Bier ist ein typisches Zwickel mit einem fein milden Geschmack mit einem leichten Stich Richtung Gewürze. Von einem hopfigen Pils merke ich aber nichts.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. A clear golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malt, soft grassy hops. Taste of mid sweet grainy malt, straw.
