(Bottle 0,5l) Wheaty aroma. Cloudy orange color. Medium white head. Light sweet, light bitter, some grain bitterness (rye malt?). Medium body. Astringent, dry finish. Interesting beer.

330ml bottle picked up at Julius Meinl am Graben in Wien. Twist-off cap. Clear golden body. Fragile white head. Dry aroma of hay and grass. Herbs and sweet pale malts in flavour, notes of vegetables,too . Soft, dry and sweet on the swallow. Not much to speak of (at the Danube River boat MS Rügen, 29.07.2012).

Pours a golden body with nice white lacing. Aroma is light and flowery. Mouthfeel is thin and light with herbal notes of tea, flowers, and clove.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Edinburgh Danish Invasion Tasting) by cgarvieuk - Edinburgh ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hemp. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, grainy, herbs, grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 3rd Wiener Bierfest, Vienna, Austria. Sampled by Kis Salétrom and Szebeni Ászok. SZÁ: Levezetésképpen még megkóstoltunk néhány különlegességet. A Thurn and Taxis után ideje volt már végre egy másik rozssört is letesztelni, hogy akkor ez most hogy van. Hát. Szaga búza, íze foggyógyszer. KS: Hát ja, ez a tipikus rozssör, amit minden utcasarkon kapni.

Süßlich holziger Beginn mit eher laff hopfigen Noten. Süß-grasig, im Hintergrund dunkel alkoholisch, viskos. Nicht ganz rund, der Hintergrund passt nicht zur eher frischen Herbe. Alkohlkisch trockenes Finish. 8/7/8/8/8/7
