Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Trübe orangebraune Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Der Geruch ist sehr hopfig, zitronig, bitter, karamellig. Der Geschmack ist sehr zitronig, bitter hopfig, auch im Abgang viel Zitrone, gut!

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Leicht trübe goldene Farbe, fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. der Geruch ist süß malzig, typisch belgische Hefe. Der Geschmack ist hefig, süß malzig, Honig, reife Früchte, typische belgische Aromen.

0,33 l bottle bought at the craftbeerstore, Hamburg. Old black/red label. Pours out unclear pale golden, mighty white head. Hopy fruity nose, little bit like liqueur. Taste starts hopy, bitter bisquits with orange, later the malty part. No real hop hammer but nice.

Bottle from the brewery. The beer starts fresh and smooth. Nice sweetish malty body with sweetish Belgian yeast on a bitter aftertaste. Nice round and balanced, easy to drink, not too sweet. Nice yeasty mild body, easy to drink for a very dry beer. Malty yeasty aftertaste with a mild but moderate bitterness. Round and nice. You don’t taste the alcohol!

Dark reddish brown in the glass. The nose is fruity with nice floral hops. The beer starts fresh and floral. Nice full bodied with a malty and quite dry body. Easy to drink with hints of burned sugar, very smooth and round. The floral hops come on top of the malty body. They are floral fresh and green, the malty-dry but slightly sweetish body fits in well and provides a solid and slightly fruity-fresh basis. Hints of sourness in the aftertaste, round and fresh with a nice floral bitter ending. Round and great brew!

Bottle shared at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Erzengel for this bottle! Brown with a beige head. Aroma of nuts, caramel, fruitiness, some chocolate and a bit of cardboard. Sourish flavor, fruity, with a bit of caramel, and an alcohol hint. Feels infected, but could be worse.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Deep amber in colour with a slight white head and moderate carbonation. Malty, light fruity aroma. Very sour finish!

Vielen Dank an Erzengel für diese Flasche! Klare orangebraune Farbe, ordentliche beige Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht holzig, Vanille, gering säuerlich, röstmalzig. Geschmack leicht säuerlich malzig, holzig, Eichenholz, unspektakulär!

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Erzengel for this bHazy amber-brown with a beige head. Aroma of wood, vanilla, fruitiness, malt, a bit of toast. Sourish flavor with malt, toast, wood, fruitiness, a bit of vanilla, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Don’t know if the sourness is intentional, but I found it to be a pleasant beer. Doesn’t taste like a Dunkel though.
