Tap at Acido Acida, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours dark brown, fully opaque, with a big head of froathy foam, irregular and light brown. Aroma is chocolate, some coffee, biscuity. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium roasty, with just a hint of subtle sweetness. Final is fairly long and bitterish.
