Tap at Acido Acida, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours brilliant light gold, medium transparency, with no foam. Aroma is fruity, peachy. Body is fairly above average, with practically no carbonation. Good astringency. Taste is definitely sour. Final is nice and fairly short.

Tap at Acido Acida, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours dark brown, fully opaque, with a big head of froathy foam, irregular and light brown. Aroma is chocolate, some coffee, biscuity. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium roasty, with just a hint of subtle sweetness. Final is fairly long and bitterish.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy orange gold, work fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy, creamy. Body is fairly dense with average carbonation. Taste is markedly bitter. Final is fairly long and bitter.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours medium hazy, opaque gold, with abundant white foam. Kind of unattractive. Aroma is cereal, spicy, vegetal. Very much in style. Body is medium-dense with average carbonation. Taste is sweet, with good bitterness and a marked spiciness. Finish is average.
