Bottle 0.75l. Hazy, pale orange colored. AROMA- fermented, apricot compot, malt, yeast. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, apricot juice, yeast, malt, spicy and woody hops, quite bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Tap at the Beer Geek Bar, Prague. Poured a clear dark brown, almost black colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is big bretty yeast, roasty,, red berry fruits, light alcohol. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a smooth, rich, roasty, tart fruit, light soapy, light boozy alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at Unity. Sweetish, with assertive fruity esters, not only pear, but also a bit of overripe apples. Only light sourness, not much in terms of sour character. Spices present in medium-light intensity. Drinkable, but otherwise rather average.
