On tap at Steinplatz, Bratislava. This one cannot be drunk to kill thirst. Some sort of exploration is definitely required. Fast drinking leaves no trace, but when you really try to enjoy it it’s different story. Short bursts of various tastes appears throughout whole experience, hops play prime. But there are some citruses as well. Interesting one.

Tap at the Prague Beer Museum..... Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop, weedy citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp refreshing, light fruit, light woody hop, light peppermint palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Wie der Name schon sagt, wurde dieses Bier so gebraut, dass man einen Kokosgeschmack bemerkt (wie das gemacht wird, wurde mir aber nicht verraten). Diesen habe ich aber nicht wirklich gefunden. Es ist ein etwas vollmundigeres Helles, nicht unähnlich dem Blond. Ein gutes frisches Bier, aber von Kokos fand ich nichts.

getrunken kurz nach Weihnachten 2016 Bei meinem Besuch in dem hauseigenen Bier-Pub wurde mir dieses Bier groß angepriesen. Es ist duchwegs gut, aber als allzu besonders würde ich es auch nicht bezeichnen. Es schmeckt gefällig ohne anzuecken und lässt sich gut auch in großer Menge trinken. Verglichen mit Industriebier ist es auf jeden Fall um Längen besser; verglichen mit den meisten Craftbieren eher im MIttelfeld.

on tap at Prague Beer Museum. Golden color with high creamy white head. Aroma: Grapefruit, yeast, malt. Taste: citrus, exotic fruits, malty background. Higher bitterness with long fruity aftertaste. Light body, moderate carbonation.

Draught at CBF Wien.
Dark ruby body, with a big, creamy, moderately lacing, white, slightly pink head.
Aroma with lots of sweet berries and gum sweets.
Tastes quite light, with sweet berries, candy, subtle barnyard and cheese.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes sweet, a bit sour, fruity, with berries and candy.
Good, but nothing special. Too sweet for me and quite light tasting. The berries also doesn’t feel fresh, but more like in gum sweets. Still a solid beer.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien shared with a friend. redish / bourdeaux like hazy color, small white head. smells of blueberries, bit citric, some green herbs, spices. decent smell. light body, light carbonation, quite light mouthfeel. tastes of blueberries, bit herbal, light cucumber, spices, lightly rubbery. finishes lightly bitter with notes of cucumber and blueberries. bit weird but overall ok. not that excited though.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien shared with a friend. light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells of caramel, spices, light exotic fruits, some pines, light cucumber. overall nice smell. medium body, light carbonation, soft mouthfeel. tastes of spices, tobacco, bit breadish. finishes lightly bitter with notes of spices and grains. okish, but expected a bit more not that exciting.
