Jan. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle from 100 piv, Bratislava. It poured hazy yellow to orange body with medium sized head. Sour yeast aroma, fruity, floral, vegetable (pumpkin maybe) yogurt-chalky wheat, wood, spices. Seemed messy. Bitter flavor, quite good and pleasant, with herbal hop backbone. Lightly sweet, too with biscuit, caramel, chalk and fruit. Not necessarily in that order, wheat chalk was quite strong actually. Woody, spicy, peppery, but no chili burn. Medium body with moderately long bittersweet finish. Not really complex as it may sound, the notes were rather subtle, but it might have been for its own good. As a whole it was tasty. With all its pluses and minuses, it turned out to be a very fine beer.
