Bottle bought at their Banstead lavender farm. Sweet apple pulp aroma with a slightly sour edge to it. It's only later than the scent of the lavender comes through. Opaque dark amber. No head. Basically it looks like apple juice and alsobtastes like it. Other than the lavender that is, of course. This is more obvious in the finish (but less so than the biscuits we also purchased!). So it's as if someone had soaked one of those things yer gran used to put in the sock draw. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. Hmmm... so as a I cider the alcohol is well hidden and as me tioned above it's just like drinking apple juice. However there's then the lavender which some people will put up with others'll hate.
