White wine, pineapple, sweet apricot, gooseberry, light fresh cucumber, oak. Heavy mouthfeel balanced by tartness. Vanilla-laden and lactonic/coconut in the flavour. Grapefruit-like bitterness and a finish comprised of unripe mandarine, oak and peppery brett. Wow!
