On tap at WBF 2025, pours jet black with a medium brown head. Aroma is thin, with a touch of vanillin and what seem like some sour off-notes. Flavour is better, with plenty of honey, a touch of vanilla, not much malt base. Simple and lacking depth but nothing wrong.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has a clunky mix of salt, cocoa, maple syrup, and a flimsy toasted malt base. Flavour is all sour and fucked up—none of the adjuncts are discernible beneath whatever infection soured this up. This shouldn’t be sold.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma has herbaceous notes, grass, and straw. Flavour is clean, with herbaceous notes, grassy hops, and straw. Clean and solidly made.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some allium, light pine, and bready malt. Flavour has a rather herbal and almost vegetal hop expression, some allium, and bready malt. Not a nice hop expression.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has some wood, light vanilla, and medium roast. Flavour has more obvious amburana character, with medium roast, wood, and light vanilla. Fairly boozy but acceptable. Very nicely made.

Flavour is oddly tart, with plenty of dark fruits, somewhat muddled roasted malt, and earthiness. Not the greatest malt espression or body in general. It’s alright.
