Can. A- Apple, peach, melon. A- Dark red purple color, dark liquid, pinkish head. T- Peach, mild melon, apple, sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- More peach than anything which I usually don't get in a sangria flavor. Really fruity and well balanced. Not too sweet. It works quite well.

Bottle. A- Alcohol, stone fruit. A- Dark red color, clear liquid, no head. T- Cherry, medicinal, alcohol. P- Medium body, average texture, flat carbonation, bland finish. O- A still perry at $25 for a 16 oz bottle. Tasted only a small pour but I don't get any pear flavor and where does the red come from? Not impressed at all here.

Draft. A- Floral. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Apple, floral, tart. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, dry finish. O- Definitely less sweet and more dry. Lots of florals and some hop bite. Meh.

Draft/Fest. A- Grapes, mixed berries. A- Dark pink color, clear liquid, no head. T- Grapes, pomegranate, cranberry, mild sweetness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity finish. O- Not sure of the berries in here but I get a lot of grape and cranberry. Pretty good overall. Well balanced. Like Ocean Spray juice.

Draft/Fest. A- Cinnamon, nutmeg, baked apples, mild caramel. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, baked apples. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Absolutely delightful Christmas time cider. Tasted like fresh hot cider and baked apples. Delish. Might be my new favorite cider.

O- Well done for sure. Light yet complex herbal and botanical flavor. The rose comes through as well as the pear and both compliment each other very well. This is nice.

Draft/Fest. A- Peppermint, mild sweetness. A- Dark pink color, clear liquid, white head. T- Peppermint, cranberry, mild pomegranate, mild ginger. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The ginger and cranberry definitely come through but are balanced and not too strong. I do get some slightly tangy pomegranate in there as well. No idea what the spice is but I get a lot of peppermint tea flavor. Whatever it is, it works very well. Saro is greatly underrated as a cidery. Clearly a nice holiday themed cider.

Draft. A- Mild cherry, faint oak, apple. A- Gold color, clear liquid, no head. T- Mild cherry, mild whisky, apple. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Really tasty! All flavors are subued. The cherry and whisky are there but almost as an afterthought and simply enhance the natural flavors of the cider. Good stuff.

Draft. A- Ginger, mild apple. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, no head. T- Ginger, lemongrass, citrus. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of ginger and lemongrass like flavors. Not totally in line with the Wit style and not too sweet but rather tasty.
