Draft. A- Apple, sweet, mild cherry. A- Red color, clear liquid, no head. T- Apple, some cherry, faint sweet almond. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Nice, but not sure it's all the way to the Amaretto flavor. Played it safe a bit, they could really amp up the adjuncts honestly.

Can. A- Apple, mild juniper. A- Gold color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Apple, slightly sweet, juniper, pine, floral. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A great side that brings out a lot of forest notes. The juniper and floral notes are a big plus with me. Really tasty.

Draft. A- Grapefruit, citrus, apple, bright. A- Golden orange color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Grapefruit, citrus, slightly sweet, soda. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- Lovely. This was like squirt in cider form. Lots of tasty refreshing grapefruit with a balanced sweetness. Maybe overtakes the apple a bit but tasty.

Draft. A- Cream, stale apple. A- Pale gold color, opaque liquid, white frothy head. T- Cream, watery, apple. P- Light body, creamy texture, flat carbonation, bland finish. O- I dislike nitro on beer so this was pure fail for me. Ruined the cider. Not a fan.

Draft. A- Slight citrus, apple. A- Light yellow color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Sweet, citrus, lemon, apple. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, balanced finish. O- Definitely sweeter and less dry than anticipated. Lots of citrus. Good.

Draft/Fest. A- Whisky, cherry juice. A- Reddish color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Whisky, cherries, tart. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, hot finish. O- For only 5% this had a boozy heat to it that really punches you. Good stuff but the barrel needs pulled back a little.
