Sample at GTMW 2024, 8/10/24. New brewery! Brewery #2287, USA #1881, Nebraska #19. Clear amber, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of toast, toffee, caramel, apple. Taste is white sugar, brown sugar, toffee, honey. Overly sweet.

Flaska från Jukes, 2023. Svartbrun med nätt beige krona. Inte bara i fat utan också grundölen extremt Port-lik med massor av fikonjuice, russin, mörka druvor, tobak, massor av fat, viss hetta, lite syrlighet. Oerhört vinös och djup.

Draft/Fest. A- Corn. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Corn, sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- The guy serving was a bit abrasive when I apparently pronounced the beer wrong. Oh well. This was a bit on the sweet side and not as crisp as I'd like. Decent.

Draft/Fest. A- Chocolate, whisky, oak. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Brownie batter, fudge, vanilla, coconut, whisky, sweet. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, rich finish. O- Decadent and delicious. This had huge chocolate fudge notes and drank like brownie batter. Quite tasty for sure. Jukes does some good stuff with big bold beers.

Flaska från Jukes, 2021. Mörk brunsvart med nätt liten mörkbeige krona. Djup sötma från torkad frukt, mycket fat, toner av menthol/salmiak, lätt kryddighet. Stor och kladdig men ändå åtstramat av fat. Möjligen något stoutig.

Burk från Nebraska. Disig något mörkare gul med vit krona. Potent, lite vass och skarp, citrus, lite dieseltoner, citrusvita. Helt ok men kanske over the edge.

Flaska från Nebraska. Mörk svart med liten mörkbeige krona. Mycket fat i förgrunden, mer Bourbon än Sherry. Ganska mitt emellan stout och barleywine, storlek något större men bra åtstramad av fat. Choklad, torkad frukt. Snygg och gott.
