Draft. A-Coffee, earthy, chilies. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Coffee, fudge, mild chilies. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, robust finish. O- A nice beer that I think would benefit from being in a barrel. There is a noticeable chili spice to it that I can only think comes from the coffee but it's a very present flavor in the beer. Really don't get any smoke character or maple syrup. This beer seems like it has the potential to go far.

Draft. A- Roasty, cocoa, tobacco. A- Black color, dark liquid, light brown head. T- Ashy, tobacco, roasty, cocoa, slightly bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, dry finish. O- Would never guess this contained lactose. That said, it was very tobacco forward on the aroma and palate. I think I enjoyed this more than I thought I might. Really solid stout.

On tap at Morans in Lincoln. Pours a clear pale straw with an off white head. Aromas of hay. Flavors are moderately bitter.

Draft/Fest. A-Milky, mold. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Yeasty, creamy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A bit of a mess. Tasted like moist bread dough. Meh. This yeast does not belong in an IPA.

Draft/Fest. A- Mixed berries. A- Red color, hazy liquid, pink head. T- Coconut, blueberry, raspberry, cherry. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Mixed leftover goses with a variety of fruit added here and there according to the brewer. Interesting but a poor way to make a beer. It works, but it seems like it will be impossible to replicate well and pretty much makes it a one off, which is too bad because it was pretty good.
