Draft. A- Mild bubble gum, banana, fruit, caramel, soft. A- Dark mahogany color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Mild char, subtle bubble gum, roasty, fruity caramel, toffee, mild spice. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- A lot of flavor. Quite delightful and complex. Unlike any mild I've had but it drinks easy and isn't just a malty caramel mess.

Draft. A- Slightly roasty, dry cocoa, weak. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Roasty, leather, tobacco, char. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Hardly any cocoa and certainly not sweet by any account. Really tasty, but this is definitely got that burnt cocoa and roasted flavor going on.

Draft. A- Weak, mild spice. A- Dark copper color, hazy liquid, beige head. T- Playdoh, mild spice, bland. P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Weird. No definite flavors yet the description says it has cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Expected a heavier, fuller strong ale type of beer but not a lot. No way is Cody happy with this beer for Christmas. He has to be expecting more. Very underwhelming.

Draft. A- Nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin pie. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, gourds. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Pretty nice and not overly spiced. Better than most pumpkin beers but still not particularly outstanding.

Draft. A- Rye, weak. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Rye, malty, mild pine, medium bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of rye. In fact, it is rye overload, but that's okay because it works. A fair amount of bitterness that is balanced out with a nice amount of black pepper spiciness. Really good for a specialty grain brew.

Draft. A- Orange, coriander, spice. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Coriander, clove, orange peel. P- Medium body, average texture, slightly spiced finish. O- Better than most witbiers. Felt fairly traditional and was well balanced. Easy to drink and appreciate for the style.

Draft/Fest. A- Espresso, roasty, cocoa, earthy. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Espresso, mild bitterness, cocoa, roasty. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A special beer for the 2017 solar eclipse. Decent enough. Lots of earthy espresso. A little work and this could be really tasty.

Draft. A- Subtle pine, caramel, slightly floral. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Rye, pine, citrus, caramel, mild bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I can appreciate the name on this one. However, this is hardly an aggressive IPA. This is a "nob" IPA by all means. Hardly any bitterness at all. That said, it was pretty good. Not sure if I’ve just had so many IPA’s that I can’t come up with new descriptors for them or if this just had some ingredients I can’t quite place. I want to lean towards rye or something of that sort. All in all, it was good but hop heads would probably be let down.

Draft. A- Citrus, mild pine, subtle caramel. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Citrus, mild bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Frankly, a pretty standard APA. Not a lot to think about with this one. Citrus, bitterness, and a touch of caramel. Drinks easy enough.

Draft. A- Subtle tobacco, cocoa, weak. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Watery, cocoa, milky. P- Medium body, creamy texture, flat carbonation, watery finish. O- I hate nitro, so the fact that this is only served on nitro didn’t help. Pals seems to have really weak aromatics on most of their beers and the nitro killed this one even more. Typical watery and creamy beer that would benefit greatly from taking it off the gas. Not bad though.
