Draft/Fest. A- Cocoa powder. A- Black color, black liquid, beige head. T- Watery, char, bitter, cocoa. P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, unbalanced finish. O- Tasted like they threw some Swiss Miss mix into a bland stout. Not great. Do get some char from the toasted marshmallows. This was a definite miss. Very weak on flavor.

Draft/Fest. A- Earthy, roasty, coffee grounds. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Bell pepper, earthy, roasty, bitter, coffee grounds, burnt, ginger. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, roasty finish. O- This was a cheap coffee flavor where everything would have been better in a stout not a weird kolsch. Didn't work.

Draft/Fest. A- Fruity, wheat. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Fruity pebbles cereal. P- Medium body, thick texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Not much of the strawberry and especially the rhubarb. That said, it very much tastes like fruity pebbles cereal. Works out pretty well.

Crowler från Monolithic, burkad 27 okt. Svart med liten beige krona. Snygg och mjuk kaffeton i både doft och smak. Snäll sötma och rundhet, lätt kanelton, lätt sötma från lönnsirap. Oerhört snyggt avvägt och mycket gott. Kanske elegantaste pastrystouten.

Draft/Fest. A- Corn, faint sweetness. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Lemon, corn, mild sweetness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A fair amount of lemon. Fairly crisp too. A solid take on the style. One of the best Monolithic beers I've had to date.
