500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with foamy head. Banana aroma is dominant, some clove, vanilla, yeast. Mild taste. Almost no bitterness, a bit sweet and acidic. Creamy mouthfeel, lively carbonated. Finish a bit weak, but overall good Weißbier.

500 ml bottle, served in mug. Pours brown-reddish with medium-sized head. Roasted malt, nuts, raisins, some smoke, a bit acidic. Light bitterness, overall mild taste. Light bodied, soft carbonated. A bit watery and therefore easy drinking even in summer. Okay Dunkel.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Strawy malty aroma with mildly grainy spots and hints of herbal hops in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Initially sweet malty with mildly grainy notes; slightly herbal spicy and delicately grassy hops show up towards the finish. Clean and decent Helles, nevertheless unspectacular. 06.VIII.17

500 ml bottle, served in mug. Pours cloudy orange with medium head. Bready, grainy, some citrus fruits, yeast. Mild taste, slightly bitter and sweet. Very smooth and palatable. Soft carbonated, light bodied. Nice Zwickel!

500 ml bottle served in Weißbier glass. Cloudy bright brown colour, medium creamy head. Banana, lemon, yeast, some apple. Well balanced taste, slightly bitter and sweet with some sourness. Medium bodied, well carbonated. Creamy texture. Nice, but not sure if it is a Dunkelweizen. For me it is a normal Hefeweizen, but with some roasted malt. It reminds me on Schneider Weisse’s Tap 7.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden, small head. Citrus, grain, gras, some hay. Medium bitterness. Light bodied, bitter dry finish, soft carbonated. Solid and crisp Helles.

330 ml bottle. Bright golden, decent head. Floral, grainy, hoppy, metallic and citric aroma. Crispy bitterness. Light bodied, nicely carbonated. Bitter-metallic finish. Nice bavarian Pils.

Bottle @ Camping Piantelle, Lago de Garda. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain. Light sweetness, little hay. Flavor is sweet, malt, grainy, little sugar, hay. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 210717
