From tap at 4:20. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small, dense and white head. Aroma is roasted malty, breadish and dry hoppy. Smooth toasted malty and caramelish. Light sweetness, toasted malty and light spiced dry hoppy.

20/074/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Dorata, opalescente, torbida, con buona schiuma bianca, morbidissima, molto persistente. Aroma molto speziato, grano, netti sentori di banana. In bocca è pastosa, quasi cremosa,frumento, lieviti, limone, una punta di acidulo e un lieve amarognolo. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Non sono un amante delle weisse, ma questa sembra piuttosto elegante e bilanciata nel complesso.

20/04/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Dorata spenta, lievemente torbida, con buona schiuma biancastra. Aroma non molto intenso ma meravigliosamente armonioso, sentori di pane (lieviti), latte e miele (orzo). In bocca è dolciastra, delicata, maltata, con amaro non percettibile, ma che contribuisce al bilanciamento complessivo della birra. Sorso dopo sorso emerge una gradevole e inaspettata complessità nonostante la sua semplicità di base. Corpo medio, carbonazione molto (troppo) abbondante. Davvero una bella birra, peccato per la carbonazione eccessiva che ne limita la bevibilità .

50cl bottle pours a clear, root beer brown with some clumpy white head. Nose is malty, pumpernickel bread, sugary, cola. Flavor is more pumpernickel bread, brown sugar, root vegetables, cola. Medium bodied, sweet finish.
