Draft. A-Beets, light, subdued sweetness. A- Dark pink color, clear liquid, light pink head. T- Beets, slightly earthy, mild popcorn, subtle sweetness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I didn't give Roc Hopper much thought for the previous beers I've had from them but this one might make me reconsider them. It's very seldom I find a beet beer but what I've had I love. Let's make this a new popular adjunct rather than more damn jalapenos and pepper beers. I do have a hard time calling this a gose. The coriander and salt are hardly detectable but the beet does add it's own spice and saltiness in itself. A bit earthy as expected but shockingly very little to no tartness or tang. I would like a bit more of that. Surprisingly well done. Maybe second for beet beers only behind Crane's Beet Weisse.

Draft. A- Coconut. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Coconut. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Really nice coconut flavor. A bit toasted and pronounced. Not too sweet but you better like coconut. Nice first beer from Roc Hopper. Enjoyed this one as basic as it might be.
