ABV: 4.5%. Clear, sparkling, medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is manure, apple, barrel, sulfur touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, red apples - yellow apples, apple stew, funky - barnyard touch. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20230421]

Bottled (from S-Market Gerby). Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is sweet apples, fruity and some toffee tones. Flavour is apples. some green apple skins, quite fructose sweetness with some mild toffee tones.

22.02.2023 - 0.7l bottle from carrefour in mulhouse, 2.70€, 6.8% abv. pours a clear golden with a steady head. sweet aroma of yeast with some fruity esters. flavour of candy, fruit, very much like a golden ale. mild bittersweet finish.

Canned 500ml. -from Carrefour Tignes. Golden coloured, small white head, yeasty caramel nose with whiff of alcohol. Sweet malty, yeasty, light spicy and notes of alcohol with sweetish finish.

Can from a Carrefour City, Belleville, Paris. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aromas of light sugar, caramel and spice. Taste is more of the same. Light spicy Belgian notes, but too sweet overall for me.

Can from Carrefour, Calais. Golden with a head. It's relatively easy going for its strength as there is a softness to its texture, however it's still a brew more focussed on content than taste. However the 'abbey' and 'Belgian' styling is evident.
