Bottle from Euro local Swap provided by Vduqerroux, many thanks man. Pale golden color with medium white head. Nice semisweet apples in aroma. Taste is clear apples, light cinnamon, semi sweet light sourness in finish. Good.

Bottle shared by JK, thanks! Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has dry and slightly earthy apple with a slight tartness underlying. Flavor has very sweet apple with a hint of flora and a slight menthol in the finish.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear very pale yellow. Floral honey and ripe apples up front. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Pears and ripe apples, mostly juicy with minimal apple skin bitterness. Functional, but not complex.

Pours clear blonde, small white head that fades fast (as to be expected). Scent is full, funky, appleskins, mild brett. Taste is fairly full, tanic, apples (very natural) . High co2. pretty good cider indeed !

37,5 cl bottle shared with my wife at crêperie Aux Armes de Bretagne in Quiberon, France. Nice golden colour, medium carbonation, aroma cellared apples, apples peels. Taste is nice apples, fresh apples peels, bit sour apples peels, very good, enjoyed.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden bronze with a quickly-dissipating head. Nose is full of wet cardboard, green apples, some apple core, and crisp champagne yeast. Flavour is dry and sparkly, with champagne must, crisp green apple skins, a bit of core, light-medium farmhouse yeast. Doesn't have the complex funk that many other French ciders have, but the brut character is very nice.

ABV: 3.5%. Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apples, apple skin, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, apple skin, red apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20190926]
