Bottle at BBT - ciders edition. Ripped apple aroma and taste, medium sweet, light sour, light to medium body, lively carbonation, apple dry sweet and sour finish. Easy to drink, good.

Bottle shared by Cuso at a tasting. Med-high carbonation. Med-thin body, medium sweetness. Also pleasant med-light acidicty and light tartness. Rather dessert apple character, but not entirely single-dimensional, also got some complexity built around it. Easy drinking, I like it, could be a bit less sweet for even better results.

Bottle from Euro local Swap provided by Vduqerroux, many thanks man. Pale golden color with medium white head. Nice semisweet apples in aroma. Taste is clear apples, light cinnamon, semi sweet light sourness in finish. Good.

Bottle shared by JK, thanks! Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has dry and slightly earthy apple with a slight tartness underlying. Flavor has very sweet apple with a hint of flora and a slight menthol in the finish.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear very pale yellow. Floral honey and ripe apples up front. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Pears and ripe apples, mostly juicy with minimal apple skin bitterness. Functional, but not complex.

Pours clear blonde, small white head that fades fast (as to be expected). Scent is full, funky, appleskins, mild brett. Taste is fairly full, tanic, apples (very natural) . High co2. pretty good cider indeed !
