Keg at Mercato Metripolotano, Elephant, 29/11/24. Pale golden yellow topped with a white cap that fizzes to some edge work. Nose is sweet apples, straw, herb, sugars. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, apple pulp, tannins, sugar dusting, hint of caramel. Medium bodied, fine to light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. One of those 'no need to think about it' type ciders ... probably goes down well on a hot summers day but not very interesting.
