hazy grey-ish yellow colour medium sized dense ecru-ish white head; aroma and taste of orange juice and peel oils, wheaty/bready, some citric and unripe fruity (mainly in the aroma), as well as medicinal bittery (in the taste) notes; not bad

At the beginning, this beverage was a bit sour but after dome sips, I could say that it is a solid ipa with body and aroma, really bitter and citrus, on the way of the embuscade, even better. I have tried it at the intemporel, at Yverdon with Alex, 18.12.21

Really happy to drink this beer at the Bréguettaz restaurant, Mont-la-Ville. Until now Imhave found this brewery tasty and this one is a light ale, subtle, dry malt, a bit fruity, touch of hop, on the american way, 12.07.2022

opalescent pale yellow colour, huge, though not too stable white head; aroma and taste of smoked ham, bready and some citric notes; really good one!
