Drinking this beer with Raoul, on wednesday, at the ex pibar, Lausanne. Enjoyable with a dish of meat and cheese and regional product. Light body and subtle wheat ale, smooth and creamy texture, wheat, cereal, mineral, bitterness becoming better finally, 24.03.24

hazy pale golden colour, medium sized dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of wheaty, apricot jam some grainy and slight citrusy notes; taste is similar to the aroma with more intensive apricot jam; drinkable, though overall I am not amazed
