I know nothing about this brewery but felt a pils would be a good beer to start the day. Light gold with a crisp body and bright herbal hop flavor that was quite in line with other Italian pils I’ve had. Solid and enjoyable.

Apparently these guys first attempt at a lager. A good start although not there yet. A touch of sourness on the finish. Slightly estery.

0,2l on tap @ Taru Taru. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is earthy malts. Flavor is sweet earthy malts with some hops. Quite nice.
