Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Light chocolate and light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light cocoa flavor. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and light cocoa linger.

Draft. Not sure if it was a bad batch, but the bartender did warn that it was sour - but not in a bad way. Brown-black beer with a cream head. Sour and light cocoa aroma. Sour and light cocoa flavor with citrus. Medium bodied. Sour and light cocoa lingers with citrus.

12oz bottle pours a murky brick red, fizzy, just off white head. Nose has fall fruits, blood orange, a bit stale, grist, apple. Flavor isn't great, its weird because the mosaic feels very present but there is a big red apple Macintosh thing happening, malt, potpourri. Stale finish.
