Flavour has moderate roast, with some earthy coffee, dry cocoa, and a bitter finish. Lacking complexity and depth, but the balance is good, and the drinkability is pretty high for an impie. Good.

On tap at Hopnonymous, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma has gentle cinnamon, a touch of honey, caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is dry and malty, with a nice melange of cinnamon, honey, a touch of cocoa, and a touch of vanilla. On the drier side, with a cohesive, yet subtle, melange of spices, and a solid, yet thin, malt backbone. Very good.

On tap at Hopnonymous, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of woody piney hops, more pine, and some oiliness. Flavour has some hop tang, piney hops, light oils, and melon. Tangy, melony, and piney. Excellent.

On tap at Hopnonymous, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly boozy, bringing out plenty of rum barrels, some lower-quality bourbon, toffee, and bready malt. Flavour matches the aromatic impression, with lower-quality rum and bourbon barrels dominating, which bring with them a slightly perfumey, nail polish-like character. The malt foundation is caramel and sweet but without much complexity and depth. Not too bad but the barrels don't seem great quality and the underlying base doesn't seem fantastic either. Still, not bad.

Flavour is big, with lots of dark cocoa, sugars, vanilla, and a touch of perfumey character. A bit harsh and unbalanced but the adjuncts are incorporated well. Solid enough.

On tap at Hopnonymous, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is bold and balanced, with lots of resinous hops, some pine, some woody notes, and some sweet malt. Flavour is bold, with tons of resinous hops, some pine, some citrus, and a dry bready malt base. Oily, bitter, somewhat mineraly mouthfeel and finish. Could use a little tweaking due to that mineraly character but it's nicely hopped.
