Description
Being a beer fanatic, a friend gave me a brewing kit for my birthday. So I started brewing in my parents' garage, constantly improving my process and equipment. For over 4 years, I was able to experiment with many styles and recipes of all kinds. As my enthusiasm grew, the idea came to me to turn my passion into my own profession.
So I decided to combine my various hobbies to form a single identity. On one hand, my childhood with video games and the atmosphere of the 90s, on the other, brewing beers with original recipes. From there, GAME OVER BREWING was born.
Each beer will refer to a memory (video game, series, film...) or an atmosphere that has marked me. Every month, I offer you 1 to 4 new beer recipe(s). The two recipes that have been the most successful during the first years of production will be integrated into the permanent range.

Geruch von Rauchmandeln. Salziger, minimal säuerlicher Beginn. Mild rauchig, weiche Herbe, spritzig, süffig. Die Rauchigkeit bleibt meist im Hintergrund, wirkt dort aber angenehm. Spritzig, mittellanger Abgang, rund. 10/9/10/10/11/10

440ml can. Cloudy, orange, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. (Citrusy) fruity and slightly sweet-ish, minimally sugary, wheaty and pale malty aroma, hints of orange, mandarine, zesty overtones, some gooseberry, a touch of white grapes, grape sugar, some resin. Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy and pale as well as wheaty malty with low residual sweetness, notes of orange, mandarine, some lemon, a touch of white grapes, some zesty aspects. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy, still efficacious carbonation. Nice creamy mouthfeel, balanced and harmonious, not the most spectacular hop flavours - pretty decent.
