12 oz bottle poured, gifted by Erika. Thanks! Looking forward to trying a brew from these guys, and a perfect one to start with. Golden pour with a slight cloudiness. Bright appearance. Fun sroma full of tropical fruit punch and funk. A sour, acidic, tropical fruit bite up front in flavor, cool pineapple and orange fruit constant, modest sour lingering finish. Funky over sour. Wild orange late palate. A touch juicy. Moderare pucker. 5/10 in the sour scale. Delicious, easy drinking sour. Enjoyed this brew.

Sample at GABF 10/05/2019, thanks to kathryneels for assistance with note-taking. Slightly hazy reddish-mahogany color with a thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of cherry, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart cherry, oak, mildly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a black cherry and berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Pretty good beer, well made to style, the sweet vanilla notes but not overdone. Gilden goat fort collins
