Draft pour enjoyed at Stemma. It was love at first sight with this lager. Lemon. Good! Cayenne. Good!!!! Lager. Gooooood!! Clean and clear golden pour. Patchy head. Starts off with a zesty, cool lemon note, and warms up with a well balanced pepper. Lingering, semi dry heat. Lager remains crisp, even with all the flavor. The balance is perfect. The drinkability is perfect. Must love pepper beers on this one, which I obviously do. Love lemon as well. Absolutely love this product here.

On tap at Stemma, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderately juicy stone fruits, some dank hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly bitter, with bitter citrus rinds, resinous hops, some pine, and juicy stone fruits. It has a pronounced astringency, almost buttery character in the finish that throws this off for me. Not great but not terrible.

Poured from the tap. Opaque pastel yellow with very minimal white head. Mostly pineapple, touch of orange, hint of coconut, not picking up the banana. Average.

On tap at Stemma, pours an opaque bright peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of mango upfront, with a touch of peach. Flavour is juicy, with lightly tart mango, a touch of peaches, and medium sweetness. More juice-like than smoothie-like. Finishes sweet and sour. It's fine.

On tap at Stemma, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of pineapple, banana, and orange with maybe a hint of coconut. Flavour is sweet with lots of pineapple upfront that drowns everything else out. There's a hint of coconut in there if you look for it but no real notice of the orange or banana. It's fine. Sweet juice. Not great even as a smoothie sour.

On nitro tap at Stemma, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued earthy coffee, nitrogenation, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very subdued on the coffee — the nitro imports a metallic character that is unbecoming of the coffee character. It's smooth on the palate but the flavours aren't great. Rather subpar.

On Tap at the Bellingham brewery/taproom Medium dark brown pour, fine off-white head. Mild smooth roast aromas and flavors. Good fresh piney hop character. Nicely balanced, not very aggressive on either side. Tasty.
