Keg at Poèm, Brest. Almost clear amber, small head. Caramelly nose with slight orange. Mid sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and bread. Mid bitter finish. Described as bière ambrée, and actually much moreof an amber ale than an IPA.

Keg at Poèm, Brest. Clear deep golden, small head. Bready nose with some spicy hay. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Rather fruity with husky bread, spicy hay and a touch marzipan. Mid bitter finish.

Keg at Poèm, Brest. Hazy orange colour. Peppery and husky with mild grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery rye dominates. Long bitter finish.

Keg at Poém, Brest. Almost clear golden, small head. Aroma of white bread with a touch of lemon. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Slender with white bread, starfruit and mild lemon.

In einem Geschäft in Brest. Mitteldunkles Bernstein, kein Schaum. Aroma: Malzig, Honig, Trockenfrüchte, Karamell, etwas Hopfen. Geschmack: Mittlere Süße, Honig, etwas Malz, Mittelerde Cremigkeit, leichte versteckte Bitterkeit.

Bière 33 cl ramenée de vacances à Lanildut dans le Finistère. Jolie étiquette. Nez doux et citronné, la bouche aussi et pourtant j'ai pensé à une blonde légère type pale ale plus qu'à une blanche, c'est un compliment vu que je n'aime pas la blanche. Je la trouve donc très réussie pour le coup! (M)
