Description
Founded in 2018, by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone, who share a passion for foraging, fermentation and flavour. These two invested everything they had, to build their unique vision of carefully crafted beers with a strong sense of place.
Later joined by Dave Williams as Head Brewer and Lee Calnan as Sales Director, 2020 marked the next phase of development for a small team with big ambitions; to bring innovative, modern farmhouse brewing to a wider audience in the UK and beyond.
By brewing with the very best of local ingredients and alternative techniques that span between historic styles and modern brewing technology, our approach to mixed fermentation and barrel ageing puts the emphasis on balance of flavour and drinkability. Minimal intervention is the key to ensuring that there’s a little bit of nature in every sip.

Keg draught at Tønne, Leicester. Light gold and a bit muddy-hazy with an uneven white head. Smells of lemon and sweet pastry crust. Yum. Taste is more sweet than sour but more muddled with a light vegetal element. More pastry crust. Alys thinks it tastes of shampoo you might get at Lush. I am kinder. Light body with spritzy carbonation. Overall good.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. No doubt about the strawberry & vanilla aromas, touch of cherry drops. Taste is the same as above. Dry, tart & semi sweet.

Basically hits the stylistic points. Pretty clean and dry, some pleasant lightly piney hops. A little white pepper, lemon rind. Not much gooey resin or caramelly malts. All pretty lean. Quite drinkable.

Draught keg at Tønne, Leicester. Light apricot yellow gold, hazy with a small ring of white head. The mango/guava pairing pops right out at me on the nose with a lemon juice tartness. Taste brings the intense tart of the passionfruit with more guava. Fades to a short finish but doesn't lose the bitterness. Another lovely sour from Yonder.

23/5/2026. KeyKeg at The 2026 Cambridge Beer Festival. Good pour. Lots of strawberry and raspberry, Neapolitan ice cream, some buttered bread and jam. Big tangy raspberry tartness. Prickly carbonation. Lip smacker. Good stuff.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Well there's no doubting the mango in the aroma, backed up with some peach, pineapple & passionfruit. Tangy mango taste, peach & pineapple coming up the rear (ooer!). Sweet fruity finish.
