On tap at the brewery. It pours a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma is lightly roasted and toasty. Hints of cocoa. The flavor is watery and kind of bland. Hints of cocoa and licorice. No bitterness and very light roast. Maybe a hint of oat-like creaminess. Weak dirty ash finish. This one needs a little life.

On tap at the brewery. It pours s nice clear golden color with a white head. Aroma is sweet hoppy floral, citrus, grapefruit, berries. Hints of honey. Flavor is sweet and honey like with some grapefruit and mango fruit. Mouthcoating with the honey sweetness but not really too thick or crystal malt heavy. Another one that’s not too bad, but overly sweet in the finish. A bit of a burnt quality to the bitterness as well. Decent enough hop flavor though.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear amber color with an off white head. The aroma is dry, grainy with light toasted notes. The flavor is sweet up front with hints of honey, molasses and a little toast in the finish. Medium earthy bitterness. Thicker body than necessary in this kind of beer. Also too sweet.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a light golden color with a white head. The aroma is faint. Hints of berries and floral hops. Little caramel. Flavor has some sweet berry, light caramel, strong floral bitterness and hints of chemical. Sweet on the palate. Basically a standard old school brewpub APA.

Draft at the source. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry grainy bready with some popcorn. Flavor is the same. A little more of the popcorn in the finish with some floral hop bitterness. Mildy sweet and grainy with a watery body. Not bad.
