Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a super lively and frothy head with good retntion. Gushed at opening. Strange aroma - a blend of perfumy and phenollic. Medium body, all the carbonation seems to have vanished, and the beer is velvety soft on the palate - and a little flat. Notes of dry English licorice and a very unpleasant chemical tang, some fermentation error I presume. Ends very bitter. I’ve had worse beers, but this certainly wasn’t any good. 260717
