7/6/2024. Bottle serving at Nisha Craft Capital, Vilnius. Pours a little unclear amber brown with no head. Aroma is honey, flowers, nut, wood, herb, brown sugar. Less sweet than the average mead, with quite a bitter side. Toffee and nutty chocolate taste develops. Medium body, smooth, no carbonation. Long bittersweet finish. Well done.

7/6/2024. Bottle serving at Nisha Craft Capital, Vilnius. Pours clear dark amber with no head. Aroma is rich honey, floral, heather, brown sugar, caramel, nutty herby edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, smooth and syrupy, no carbonation. Strong finish. Nice sipper.
