On the border of Utrecht and Leidsche Rijn, in our beautiful monumental farm, you will find Stadsbrouwerij RoodNoot. We are passionate beer lovers and brew our beers exclusively for the restaurant, according to our own authentic recipes. Our RoodNoot beer is definitely worth a try!

At RoodNoot, everything revolves around craftsmanship, quality and attention to people and the environment. We offer guidance and workplaces to people with a disadvantage on the labor market. At the same time, we serve simple, but high-quality food, prepared with fresh ingredients from the region.

Op tap bij Roodnoot. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Boter, tarwe, korianderzaad, licht kruidig, wat kruidnagel, licht fris zuurtje, lichtbittere finish. Lichte body.

Op tap bij Roodnoot. Troebel amber kleur, witte kraag. Siroop, vreselijk zoet / restzoet, fruitig, caramel, lichtbittere finish, gist. Lichte body. Kan wel merken dat de Prael hier een hand in heeft gehad...

Op tap bij Roodnoot. Licht amber kleur, witte kraag. Siroop, veel restsuikers, fruitig, licht moutig, gist, ppffff.. Proefplankje was ruim voldoende.

Op tap bij Roodnoot. Donkerbruine kleur, dunne vuilwitte kraag. Slechts 8.6% maar ruikt en proeft alsof er iemand verdoofd moet worden. Medicinaal, alcoholisch, licht gebrand, frambozensnoepjes, bitter, nog meer alcohol, appels, krenten, bittere finish die brandt van de alcohol, heel heftig. Medium body op z’n best.
