Can at home, on Deetz Chatz, from an online order a while back sank on 20/06/20. Black with a well presented lasting tan covering. Nose is dried berry fruits, pine dusting, charr, liquorice, red berry fruits, bitter roast, toffee. Taste comprises dark malts, pine resin, charr, dusty hops, light cocoa powder, earthy berry fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spliced with earthy hop bitterness. A really top notch solid CDA … ticks all the style boxes !!!

150ml draught at Agenturet Øl og Vinbar. Good looking with a patchy surface leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Jet black body appearance. Inviting smell of spruce and dark malts. Nicely blended taste profile of spruce, pine needles and liquorice. Ends with roasted bitterness. Likable. (Tromsø 29.05.2020).
