Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a murky yellow color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was egg white, bread dough, a bit of clove and bubblegum. The flavor was egg white, pepper, bread dough, a bit of citrus and bubblegum. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

The Four Seasons beers have been disappointing to bad on their own but evidently they needed the help of another brewer to actually make something disgusting. +++ Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a murky yellow color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was egg white and sulfur.The flavor was egg white, sulfur, pepper and a bit of citrus. Long finish. Medium body. Disgusting.

Another crappy beer form Four Seasons - What a surprise. +++ Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a dark amber color with a small foamy beige head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was bitter pine, Windex and a bit of lemon. The flavor was bitter pine, perfume, Windex, sour carmel and a bit of bread. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. The alcohol is well controlled. Really bland for a DIPA.

This beer won a medal at GABF - I can only assume that the brewers blew each of the judges. +++ Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a black color with a large foamy beige head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was dry, bitter, roasty and woody. The flavor was dry, bitter, roasty and woody with floral hops and a bit of smoke. Long dry, bitter, roasty and woody finish. Medium body. Meh.

Better than most of their stuff but still sub par. +++ Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a dark amber color with a large fluffy white head that lingered and had great lacing. The aroma was grapefruit, lemon and perfume and was a bit dusty. The flavor was dryish and thin grapefruit, lemon, perfume and a hint of pepper. Medium length perfumey finish. Light body. Ok.

The flavor was sulfur, bubblegum, perfume, a hint of citrus and a bit of yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Not good.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a murky dark brown color with a medium sized foamy off white head that faded and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was woody, nutty and dry with a bit of leather. The flavor was bitter with notes of wood, chocolate, nut, fruity hops, leather and a sour off undertone. Medium length wood, sour nut and leather finish. Medium body. Pretty nasty really.

Sampled on draft at Chef Dato’s Table this beer poured a dark orange color with a medium sized creamy white head that left very good lacing. The aroma was tangy citrus and herbal hops. The flavor was bitter and very tangy with citric acid, perfume and herbal hops. Long tangy citric acid and perfume finish. Light to medium body. Unimpressive.

The aroma was faintly sweet and tangy with faint vague fruity and citric hops. The flavor was tangy and mildly bitter with a touch of sugar and a bit of sour fruity hops and citrus. Medium finish. Medium body. Pretty bland and sub par overall.
