Couleur pâle, dorée présentant un léger voile, col blanc.
Arôme est frais houblonné sur le noble avec une belle note florale, fleurs des champs, rétro-nasal frais malté avec un côté grains concassés - céréales.
Palais reste sur une base lager plaisante, fine épaisseur de grains malt pils avec un apport fruité houblonné sur les agrumes/finement herbacé. Le tout part sur base plutôt allemande au niveau levure - rondeur en fin de bouche.

Draught@SBWF2018. Black colour with a small off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is liquorice, roast, some lactose and mild chocolaty tones. Flavour is chocolaty, mild lactose, liquorice and some ashy and grainy tones.
