Chestnut brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of toasted bread, dark sugar, toffee and anise. Sweet malty (very malty for a Belgian style ale) and spicy flavour, with a slightly roasted note and husk-like bitterness in the finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Slightly phenollic nose with a hint of butter. Medium body, sweet fruitiness but also horribly phenollic and even a tad moldy. Slight tartness. Stay away. 090724
