(Draft at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 8 Nov 2025) Black colour with no head. Malty, roasted, vinous nose with espresso, chocolate, hazelnuts, oak wood and whisky. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with notes of chocolate, black coffee, treacle, soy sauce, liquorice, oak wood, whisky, hazelnuts, nougat and a generous cacao bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, sweet. Rich, powerful and complex. Still in better balance than expected. Great beer!

(Draft at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 17 Oct 2025) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with pineapple, mango, grapefruit and herbs. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, peaches, pineapple, grass, white bread and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.
