Appearance is dark brown, slight ruby tinge, a small fizzy beige head. Aroma is brambly hops, apple, hedgerow fruit. Taste is creamy malt, fruity hops, caramel, English hops, fruit crumble. Fairly full mouthfeel.

Can from the Time & Tide brewery online shop. Appearance - deep amber to brown, slight reddish hue. Off-white, proportionate head. Nose - chewy toffee and malt loaf. A hint of dried orange or even raisin. Taste - caramel and toffee, dried orange and bready. Palate - medium bodied, chewy texture and some sweetness as well as malt bitterness on the finish. Overall - a nice example of the style.

Gravity cask at Smugglers Records, Sandwich, 18/05/19. Clear blonde with a decent white head. Nose is orange peel, airy malts, grass, tangerine, lemon rind. Taste comprises pale malts, melon, orange peel, light floral tones, grass, toasted grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough cask sessioner.
